Returns and refunds are classified into the following categories: (I) Item not received and (II) incorrect merchandise. The following principles apply for returns and refunds regardless of the reason.
I. ITEM NOT RECEIVED
Delivery is delayed and there have not been an updates for over 30 days.
II. INCORRECT MERCHANDISE
If merchandise delivered to you are incorrect merchandise, please immediately contact our Customer Service or via e-mail. Please include your order number. After the review of your request, we will provide RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
1. You must submit a request within 24 hours after receiving of your package(s).
2. You may not return your merchandise without our approval for each RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
Upon approval of you request, we will deliver the correct merchandise to you and pick up for the incorrect merchandise.
